The Terror of Hell Tonight : RSVP : Next Detroit Revival Church Meeting

I’ll be teaching on a dream that I had that rocked me forever tonight at IHOPE at 7pm (Sunday, July 26th).  I wrote a book on it titled “The Terror of Hell.”

I’d encourage any of you who can to come on out and experience the burning of the Holy Spirit!

Our next pre-launch meeting for Revival Church is one week from Wednesday.  We had a really exciting time the last time we met, and will be casting more of the vision at 7pm on Wednesday, August 5th.

We are looking for people who are being tapped by God to dive into the deep with us as revivalists, intercessors and prophetic messengers.

Our Sunday services will begin when a launch team is in place, so please pray about this and join us for this meeting so you can gain some perspective on the mission.

Some of the characteristics of this new church will be:

A heavy Holy Spirit-driven atmosphere- it might be normal, for example, to start the services with a lengthy period of praying in the Spirit, interceding for Detroit and the nations and declaring the prophetic messages that God burns in us.

A revival command center- On a foundation of deep prayer and intercession we will be paying special attention to the Lord’s plans for revival in this region.  We want to do everything we can to communicate strategy for revival so the church will be firmly in position as the fire is ignited.

Team ministry- We believe everybody is called into ministry, and we will have intentional teams for everybody to serve on, develop relationships with and pray with. 

Apostolic teaching- Training and impartation in the areas of prophecy, leadership, deliverance, intercession, revival and other topics will be a strong foundational element of the church.

Children and youth- We believe everyone- from children to grandma and grandpa should be prophesying and declaring the wondrous works of God.  We will have a serious devotion to the impartation of these biblical realities starting at the very youngest ages.

Worship- We must experience the life and love of God in the place of worship.  This will be another key foundational element of the church.  We will be very much presence centered.

Impossible vision- We’re making plans now that are fully impossible without an fully invasive move of God.

We’re praying for a permanent location for the church, but need a lot of input and participation from our emerging launch team before we land in one.
