I’m not sure what happened, but for those of you who received the previous post via email yesterday, it came across as gibberish.
So, I felt it was appropriate to resend… it’s a very important meeting. If you aren’t from Detroit, please take some time and intercede for us.
I had a dream the other night that I feel is significant for the Detroit area. I’ll share that below, and also at tonight’s info meeting for Revival Church.
This is an important meeting, and anybody with a heart for revival in Michigan is welcome to be here.
Please contact me at john@detroitrevivalchurch.com if you are going to attend and I’ll send you the address.
It starts at 7pm sharp on Thursday, July 23rd.
Here’s a very strong dream I had two nights ago. The anointing on it was incredibly strong. In fact, I was literally crying and burning in my dream.
I saw a washcloth. It was old and worn. It was so worn that it was very thin in areas… you could see through it in several spots.

It was soaked with water. It was actually in a small pool of water. The feeling wasn’t refreshing, though you would assume it would be. It was weight. Worn and weighed down. Saturated.
Then, all of a sudden, two hands reached into the pool of water and picked up the washcloth.
Then, in an instant, the washcloth was put to the face of Jesus. Jesus was, for lack of a better word, refreshing himself with the washcloth. He was joyful and so satisfied.
I feel, at least in part, Detroit is the washcloth. In an instant it went from being worn and heavy to having a literal in your face revelation of Jesus. It was sudden and overwhelming.
Let’s contend for that together!
