I’m spending an evening watching the sun set from my basement in Kansas City, and thought I’d call the revivalists together for a night of video.

As Amy and I are moving toward making a decision whether we are to launch a ministry in Colorado Springs or if we are to focus on Detroit, I’m looking for likeminded revivalists. The strategy to see a city taken for Jesus requires a unique gathering of those who are ready to embrace the cross, burn night and day and contend together week after week for an exponential increase of the activity of the Holy Spirit.
The two environments in Detroit and Colorado Springs are quite different from one another, yet I know these two cities are connected strategically. We’re praying about how they will fit and work together.
Our house is now on the market, and we’ve had two showings. Amy received an offer to work at a crisis pregnancy center in Detroit, and there is a lot of vision for a ministry to launch there in the spirit of The Ramp in Alabama.
Of course, Manitou Springs will always be on my radar and we’re seeking clarity on the next phase of ministry there.
So far, response from people in the Pikes Peak region who might be interested in pressing toward revival there has been minimal, so we’re rethinking some of the ideas we had to launch a church there. Of course, to live prophetically means that most of the time, most of the pieces of the puzzle won’t be visible. With that in mind, we understand there is much yet to be discovered.
So, be in prayer! A key prayer is for the revivalists, prayer warriors and passionate followers of Jesus to make themselves known. Pray for our house to sell at full price. Pray for a great financial increase in our ministry and for many more partners to connect with us. Pray for perfect clarity regarding Colorado Springs and Detroit.
