Awesome RSS upgrade : New RSS feed : Really powerful night of video talking about Todd Bentley, Rick Joyner, etc.

(Do you want to do another video podcast today?  Let me know… if you have questions or concerns about the Todd Bentley and Rick Joyner situation, let’s talk… just let me know by sending an email or commenting on this post- john@praytherevolution.com)

First, I just finished integrating all of my various media streams into the main RSS feed.  Using Yahoo Pipes, I was able to connect all of the following streams:

  • PRAYtheREVOLUTION Blog
  • Seesmic (quick, regular video updates)
  • Blip.tv (video podcast)
  • Cinch (audio podcasts)
  • Phanfare (Photos)
  • Qik (Live video archive)
  • Twitter

So, now, when I update to any service, if, and only if, you subscribe to my RSS feed, you’ll get an update!  Many people use Google Reader to grab the RSS stream.  My preference is FeedDemon.

If you ONLY subscribe to the email updates, you’ll still only receive posts from my blog.

The NEW RSS feed is http://feeds2.feedburner.com/r180.  FeedBurner changed the address on me to this new one, but they told me the old address will still work if you already subscribed to that one.

Now, last night was important and powerful.  We have to work thought the wild angst that’s in the church atmosphere right now regarding moral failure, leadership, revival, etc.  I was blessed by all of the comments and love for Todd Bentley and Rick Joyner.

It’s truly a complex issue, and few are privileged with the details necessary to help in the restoration process.  Therefore, we must serve, love, speak edification and life, and intercede for people like Todd Bentley, Ted Haggard and the many others who are struggling.

Of course, the holiness issue is a huge concern, and I’m confident that God’s love-driven judgment is on the rise.

So, last night was great as we did our best to calibrate with God’s heart.  Let’s keep ‘going low’, humbling ourselves, standing boldly for righteousness and trusting God’s wisdom in these very difficult times.

John
