As the prayer movement continues to pick up momentum, there is also a significant resistance to a lifestyle of lengthy, passionate and intimate prayer. What roadblocks to you see that keep us from being with God in this fashion?

we started a house church last year and your message reminds me what we are overlooking and shying away from, a focus on prayer.
Thanks and God Bless

John,
I agree with what you are saying, we need to pray because we want to be with HIm, to worship the Lord, hear His voice, desire Him with a hunger that cann’t be quinched, feel his love and presence, be cleansed and washed, declare His word. Show us our paths Lord. Glory to your holy name, we worship You Lord God and praise Your Holy Name, You alone are worth of all glory, praise and honor, forever and ever.
