It’s eerily strange that there is little emphasis on the fire of the Holy Spirit as of late. Of course, there are pockets of activity, but the Acts 2 experience is seemingly the exception rather than the rule.
Dreams, visions, drunkenness in the Holy Spirit, prophecy, holy laughter and other manifestations of God’s presence are so wonderful, and so critically important. It’s important to keep a mission focus at all times- and in order to fulfill God’s mission we simply must continually experience fire.
The corporate gathering times are prime opportunities for a massive and unified pursuit of God’s glory. If we ignore the clocks, invite people to lay on the floor, experience the groaning of the Holy Spirit bellow from deep within, declare God’s prophetic Word and rise up in extreme faith- every single week- revival will spontaneously erupt!
Such an advance only comes as we continually teach on revival, spend hours in broken and hungry prayer, devour the Word and breathe the wind of the Holy Spirit night and day. As pastors and ministry leaders model this type of perpetual experience, many hungry people will follow us right into the glory of the Living God!
At RHOP, we’re contending for a non-stop glory cloud that covers the city and the nations. Miracles, signs and wonders have increased significantly over the last six years in Manitou Springs, and we know God is craving to show up exactly as he is- in holiness, love and power! More God!!
